This article examines eight structural problems posed by artificial intelligence within contemporary digital societies. Drawing on political theory, agnotology, and the sociology of technology, it argues that AI does not merely enhance existing institutions but transforms sovereignty itself into what is conceptualized here as AI-CRACY: a regime of algorithmic governance characterized by distributed power, opacity, and the functional production of artificial ignorance. By analyzing delegation, interpretation, complexity, interconnection, generalization, forgery, determinism, and control, the paper explores the political limits of human oversight in cyber-capitalism. It concludes that the compatibility between democracy and AI depends not on technological benevolence but on the capacity to politicize infrastructures, regulate data ownership, and institutionalize pluralism in algorithmic systems.
